We had Prestino at the Jericho Public Library to “kick off” our summer reading program. The 150 adults and children in our audience were transported to a “magical” place of fun and entertainment. Not only did the kids love him, but the adults loved him too! I hired Prestino to perform at our Fire Department's yearly summer barbecue. He walked table to table doing close-up magic for everyone and I couldn't believe the laughter and sounds of excitement that came from each of the small crowds and tables he stopped at. I had the pleasure of attending a community event whereby Prertino entertained over 200 adults and children for 4 hours. He is one of the most amazing and impressive magicians I've ever seen. He was energetic, personable and fun. He interacted well with each individual and then performed a 1/2 hour show. He made balloon animals and hats for anyone who wanted them.
Prestino came prepared with a suitcase filled with amusing props and a carrie including a friendly bunny. He invited children as well as adults to participate in his show. When he was finished, he invited his audience to pet the bunny if they wished.

I run a children's party center, and I called Prestino to fill in for another magician we usually work with that couldn't make the show that day. I was a little nervous about hiring Prestino because I had never worked with him before, but it turned out to be a huge success! We needed another instructor, so I called Prestino to teach a children's magic class in the Continuing Education Program in 2003. I had only heard about Prestino from the dean of Continuing Education, who saw him perform at a party. What a great entertainer! I run a July 4th party each year on a pier in Manhattan. It's a perfect location to view the Macy's Fireworks show. Unfortunately, due to NYPD security measures, guests must arrive on the pier 3-4 hours before the fireworks display. Keeping guests entertained for 3-4 hours is hard. Prestino has "worked" the 3-4 hrs. before the fireworks at this party for the past four years and each year I am amazed at how well he keeps the 400 or so guests involved as they wait for the fireworks show. His close up magic is excellent and the kids love the balloon animals. As long as I run the July4th bar-b-que, Prestino will be working for me.
I hired Prestino to perform for my son's first birthday at my church. He walked table to table and amazed my guests! There were many good reasons to have a good time at my son's party, and I'm pleased Prestino was one of them!
